All our kids have come to Spain to see us, while Don came to make his home here and is only 30 minutes away. Photos of Davis, Luke, Jan and Diana visiting us can be found on their individual photo sites.
Apart from all our kids we have had family coming to stay with us. Tony’s Uncle George and Jo’s Uncle Geoff. In 2013 Doreen and Roger came to stay at El Garroferet and earlier, Gerry’s daughter, Lesley with her husband came to live nearby. Some photos of Rob and Lesley in 2015.
Over the 20 years while living at El Garroferet we have lots of memories with friends. From 2000 to 2004, including Barbara, Pat and Ken, Tricia and Jeannie and Nicholas.
Then between 2007 to 2010, we saw Bernie and Sue, Pam Luxton and had trips on a catamaran with Peter and Penny Stuart and Ravi and Annie.
In 2010 a visit to the Bioparc in Valencia and Albufera with Sue and Alan and Val and Geoff
In 2011 Pam Luxton came to stay as did Roger and Angie Gay-Jones
While Tricia Fearnley came in 2011 and 2012.
For 2011 New Year we saw it in with a number of friends.
Jo celebrated her 70th Birthday at Pepe y Estrella with family and friends and had some good times with The JUGS
More visitors and times with friends in 2012/13 including Heather and Sacha, Pam Luxton, David and Helen Connell and Sue and Alan.
While Luke and family came for Christmas 2013.
Oh and Pam was here again in 2015
For New Years Eve in 2015 we decided to spend the night in Valencia with Val and Geoff and for Christmas 2016 we joined them at the La Sella Hotel down the road
We had many Christmases at El Garroferet, normally with Lesley and Rob and Val and Geoff.
In 2018, Luke visited us in Spain with Jake.

Then along came Tony’s 80th Birthday in 2021 which was held at the Javea Golf Club and what a cake!
We spent Christmas Day 2021 at Jardines del Sol on a lovely sunny day
And then what happened in 2022 – Jo’s 80th birthday, which included Luke and family
In the Spring of 2023 Luke and family spent time in Javea with us
In December 2023 David spent ten days in Spain after being in Brussels for an exhibition of his photos
And some various photos which don’t fit anywhere else including Pepa who cleaned our house weekly for twenty years.
