Whilst working in London and sharing a flat with two other girls in West Kensington I met Tom, who was sharing a flat above ours with Ridley Scott (later known as film director) and Trevor Vertigan all previously from the Royal College of Art. I was working for a fabric manufacturer, Charles Barclay and Tom was with Longmans Green as Art Director

We spent a very happy holiday before we married with my Mum & Dad in Mallorca and some holidays in the UK

What have I done?
We returned to Mallorca to visit my Mum( who following the death of my Dad met Gerry and moved to Santa Ponsa) we took Tom’s Mum with us on one visit. We also met Gerry’s Daughter, Lesley, and her husband Rob one year

We moved houses several times in our life together and spent a lot of time renovating and restoring but in between we had two super boys David and Luke and had some good holidays together.

Sadly after nearly 30 years of marriage we divorced and I spent 7 years on my own before I met Tony.
Tom married again for the third time and later divorced and was on his own until his death in 2023.
